Bringing Weightlifting to All.
On a daily basis, we need to squat, stand, pick something off the ground, move something overhead. As much as these are the requirements of daily living, they are to some degree also the requirements of weightlifting movements. On a deeper level, biomechanics, motor control, skill acquisition, physiology are all elements of weightlifting movements and can be translated to many other fundamental movements we perform on a daily basis.
Whether you are an athlete who is trying to get stronger or faster, or you are an average joe looking to be able to move about freely and be strong enough for your job, the sport of weightlifting not only builds up physical strength but mental abilities.
